Our Products The team at Party Pack Supplies have put together a collection of popular party packs and accessories that will compliment any party theme at a price that won’t blow your budget. Simply pick your product, click to select and we will ship your order directly to your door. Security We use a secure server which ensures your protection. All credit card payments are processed through Paypal, a secured online credit card payment facility - at no time are your credit card details accessible by Party Pack Supplies. Once the transaction has been authorised by your bank, your order will be processed and dispatched. Should you prefer not to order through our website, you can place your order by phone or email. When you place an order with us, personal information is required to process and send confirmation of the order to you. We assure you that we do not and will not pass on your details to any third parties. We may, however, send newsletters and updates via email or post to you from time to time, to keep you updated on our product range and services. Please feel free to let us know if you do not require this service. Shipping At Party Pack Supplies, once your payment has been received, we aim to ship your order within 1-4 working days. Should there be an issue with delivery times, or any aspect of your order, we will be in contact with you immediately. If you require your order urgently, please confirm with us by email or phone prior to placing your order, so we can advise if we are able to supply your goods within the required timeframe. Delivery prices are constantly kept at a competitive rate. Our rates are currently $6.95 (including GST) Nationwide. Party Pack Supplies is an online business and does not have the facilities to accommodate walk-in customers or order pick ups. Party Pack Supplies does not accept any responsibility for parcels that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information being supplied. International Shipping We are currently unable to ship outside of Title and Risk Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase. Once goods have been confirmed as delivered to the nominated delivery address, the liability becomes that of the consignee. Party Pack Supplies does not accept any responsibility for parcels that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information being supplied. Returns or Exchanges At Party Pack Supplies we are sure you will be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are not happy with any of the goods you have purchased please return them to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full. All refunds are for the cost of the goods only; shipping costs are non-refundable. Goods must be in their original packaging and in the condition you received them.
