Whilst every care has been taken to ensure the safety of your child and their guests for an enjoyable party, accidents can happen. Some of our products may be unsuitable for children under 3 years of age, so please make sure you take all reasonable steps to avoid unnecessary accidents. Items such as balloons, confetti and plastic products pose a possible choking hazard for children. Please make sure all children are supervised at all times to prevent injury or harm to themselves or others.
It is our intention to make your party a breeze, so that you can relax and enjoy the day. We pride ourselves on taking the stress out of what can be a daunting and tiring day, so sit back, relax and allow us to do all of the hard work for you!
The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited has a minimum purchase spend of NZ$10.00.

We use a secure server which ensures protection of your credit card details - at no time are your details viewed by The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited. Once the transaction has been authorised by your bank, your order will be processed and dispatched. However, should you prefer not to order through our website, we have an order form that can be downloaded from our website which can be filled in. You can then order by phone, fax or email.
All pricing shown is either shown inclusive of GST, or the GST inclusive price is listed next to the net price. Goods & Service Tax is shown at 12.5%. All prices are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars), and all payments are to be made in NZD. GST is not payable on international orders. For international pricing (ordered outside of New Zealand), please refer to the net price.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however, we will always honour the pricing of a confirmed order.
Orders will be accepted by The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited, for delivery in New Zealand and internationally. Some countries, such as USA and Australia are currently available with estimated shipping charges attached. We reserve the right to include an additional charge, should shipping charges be more than that stated. Alternatively, if actual shipping is lesser than that stated, a credit may apply. Either way, you will be notified. Please note that if your country does not appear at the checkout, please contact us, as we would be happy to include your country as a destination.
Our usual delivery is via a reputable courier company, on a signature required ticket. Note that in some instances it may be faster to send via NZ Post Parcel Post (for example, in instances such as rural delivery areas etc). If this should occur, you will be notified by email or phone. Please provide us with any special delivery instructions you may have, so we can pass these on to the courier company for ease of delivery. We aim to ship your party pack within 1-4 working days for delivery in New Zealand. For delivery times on international orders, please contact us for an estimation. Should there be an issue with delivery times, or any aspect of your order, we will be in contact with you immediately.
Should you require your order within 1 week of your purchase date, please confirm with us prior to placing your order so we can advise if we are able to supply your goods within the required timeframe.
Delivery prices are constantly kept at a competitive rate. All delivery charges are additional to your order. GST is payable on all courier or freight charges within New Zealand. A full list of delivery charges is shown below;

When you send us your contact details we assure you that we do not and will not pass on your details on to any third parties. We will, however, send newsletters and updates via email or post to you from time to time to update you on our product range and services. Please feel free to let us know if you do not require this service.
Goods are at our risk until delivered to the address given for your purchase. Or in the case of a pickup, as soon as you have taken possession.
Once goods have been confirmed as delivered to the nominated delivery address, the liability becomes that of the consignee.
The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited does not accept any responsibility for parcels that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information being supplied.
If you are not satisfied with the goods that have been supplied, we are more than happy to refund or exchange them, subject to the following conditions;
Goods must be in their original packaging and in the condition you received them in.
Any refunds or exchanges agreed upon will be for the price of the goods only – courier or freight costs are non-refundable, except where courier damage has occurred, or at the discretion of The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited.
A refund or exchange is not guaranteed until we receive the product and deem it to be in saleable condition.
The goods are your responsibility until The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited receives them into their care. The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited cannot take responsibility for any return goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
For exchange of goods, a further courier cost may apply.
The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited will not refund or exchange any product that has been ordered in especially on your behalf, unless where courier damage has occurred, or at the discretion of The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited.
Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed properly, mistakes can happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake and ship you the proper merchandise.
The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the products on this site. This includes but is not limited to the loss of data or loss of profit, even if The Party Pack Children's Parties Limited was advised of the possibility of such damages.
